We are members of the BFA (British Florist Association) and meet their strict terms and conditions of membership and high standards of workmanship.
As a small family business we also belong to the FSB (Federation of Small Businesses) and run our business in a professional way.
We belong to the eFlorist network – the largest network of independent florists across the UK, which means we can arrange to deliver flowers to friends and family across the street and across the world.
VASES – FOR SALE OR TO HIRE
We carry a wide range of glass vases in stock both for sale and for hire.
These include clear glass bud and single stem vases, standard round and tank vases through to much larger ‘Martini glass’ shaped vases – these look stunning with one of our overflowing arrangements in them. We sell ornamental coloured glass vases too.
Our vase hire service provides you with a cost effective solution rather than buying if you only need vases for an event. Of course, there is no charge for the use of our vases when you buy flowers and arrangements from us at the same time.

GIFT WRAP SERVICE
We offer a gift wrap service – ideal for those who are all fingers and thumbs when it comes to wrapping presents! We have a wide range of cellophane, tissue paper, raffia, ribbons and bows in stock and can transform your gift into something that looks and feels really special. So whether it’s a birthday, wedding anniversary or other special occasion, let us help you to make a real impression. It doesn’t cost much and if you buy flowers or an arrangement from us at the same time we will gift wrap your present for free.
CAREERS AT PASSIONFLOWER
We are one of the biggest florists in the area. Whilst we have no vacancies at the moment we are always keen to know about qualified florists living locally, especially if they are interested in working at peak times e.g. around Valentines, Mother’s Day, Easter and Christmas or can provide holiday cover.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service or our flowers and plants, we would rather you told us so we can put things right and do better next time.
Like us, flowers and plants are living things and need to be cared for. If with the right care and conditions your flowers or plants have not lasted as they should we will at our option:

- We separate all organic material from our trade waste and this is collected for composting.
- All our cardboard is recycled.
- Our delivery vans have highly efficient diesel engines with CO2 emissions amongst the lowest in their class.
- We plan our deliveries to minimise the distance we travel.
