With Premier Service, you needn’t worry about forgetting your loved one’s birthday, anniversary, Valentine’s Day or any other special occasion – because we won’t!
Premier Service means you can order flowers now, pay for them just before they are delivered and not have to worry about forgetting. Can you remember your wife's birthday or whether your wedding anniversary was actually on the 8th or the 9th and find today is the 10th!

It's the perfect solution for those who lead hectic lives, have the best of intentions and then lose track of time, or simply forget and end up repenting at their leisure!

And the beauty of Premier Service is that you can continue the arrangement for as long as you want and make changes at any time by e-mailing or calling us.

We don't charge anything for joining Premier Service and if you choose to send flowers on 3 occasions or more in the year, we will give you a 10% discount from the price of the third occasion and any others that you want to add e.g. Mothers Day.

Although typically aimed at men who struggle to remember dates, Premier Service can actually be used by anyone who wishes to order flowers in advance for the year for loved ones, friends or family. It’s simple and allows you to get on with life without worrying.

There are 2 simple steps to join Premier Service.
  • Step 1 - Contact us, telling us who, what, when and where;
  • Step 2 - Relax and feel smug for the year!
TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • The total price for the year can be paid in full by credit card, debit card or cash or by credit card or debit card over 3 payments.

  • If you are paying over 3 payments, the price shown against each occasion will be collected from your specified account up to 2 weeks before the occasion date.

  • You can add to or amend your requirements at any time by contacting us.

  • Delivery on the occasion date is subject to payment having been received by us.

  • The price quoted includes delivery as specified in the delivery details or as subsequently notified to us in writing by you.

  • All flowers are subject to availability (as many are seasonal). Where a specific flower is not available we will provide a close alternative in the same colour at the same price.

  • We will prepare and deliver flowers to your requirements as last notified to us. If any of the details change e.g. you change address (or your loved one), please remember to tell us!

  • Our Premier Service is a local service for local delivery only. We regret that Teleflorist orders are not included in Premier Service.
